BlazePod Review – FitLight Vs BlazePod
Fitlight vs blazepod is a wireless reaction training system that has recently become incredibly popular. It has a number of unique exercises and drills built into its app which are designed to help you improve your agility, coordination and response times. The system is very easy to set up and is incredibly portable as the pods can easily be stacked on top of one another. They also take very little space in the carrying bag that is provided with the kit.
The standard BlazePod kit comes with 4 programmable RGB LED pods that can shine in one of 8 colors. The whole system is water-resistant and UV protected so it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The pods can be attached to different surfaces using the straps and suction cups that are included with the kit. They are also very durable and are able to handle a lot of wear and tear.
Lighting the Path to Fitness: A Head-to-Head Comparison of FitLight and BlazePod
Although the product is great, it can be quite expensive for someone who may only be able to use it at an amateur level or as a bit of fun. There are cheaper and alternative methods of improving reaction times that can be just as effective but do not require such a high-tech setup. However, for a professional athlete that is looking to reach the very top of their game the BlazePod may well be worth considering. Especially as the higher-spec FitLight version has more programming color options and offers both proximity and touch activation/deactivation. It also arrives with its own tablet which may make it a better option for gyms and corporate environments.
